Refund and Return Policy

At Crivasopic, we strive to provide the highest quality premium food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Perishable items such as fresh food or items with a short shelf life are non-returnable.
  • How to Return an Item:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at (402) 783-0206. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item). If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping fees.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved:

  • Refund Method:
    The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If the returned item is damaged or used in a way that makes it non-resalable, we may issue a partial refund.

3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same steps as for returns. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange. Please note that you may be required to pay any price difference for the new item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. To expedite the process, please provide pictures of the damaged item and its packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable food items
  • Gift cards
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but cancellations may still be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the items following our return policy.
